We offer several apartments having various sizes, from 17m2 studio, via  T1 bis of 26m2 and up to  T2 of 38 m2.
All apartments are rented not furnished but all are equipped with hood, 2 burners hot plate, sink, and refrigerator and include at least one main room, 1 kitchen area and 1 bathroom.

In the courtyard there is a bike rack parking for tenants or their guests.
Each unit is equipped with a compatible TV outlet TNT HD and an ADSL-compatible telephone socket.

The entrance to the building is secured by an intercom system.

Small refreshment works are regularly performed in order to present always nice apartments to live.

For several years, our residents trust us for their housing. Your living comfort and tranquility are our primary concerns.
The building is mostly rented by students or young people who obtained their first job.
The apartments available in the building are ideal for successful study and entry into the workforce.
Our priority is to be responsive to your requests and to your needs.

Ideally located at only 5 minutes walk from the tram line 1, the  location of the building guarantees a fast and easy access to Nantes down-town and the various surrounding schools.

Many shops are nearby, especially a “Super U” within 200m of the building.

- Park Noë Mitrie: 8 minutes walk
- Garden plants: 12 minutes walk
